I’m an enthusiastic Athletic Trainer dedicated to enhancing athlete performance and recovery. I am currently on staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Concussion Management Coordinator at Missouri Baptist University. In this role I support Women’s Soccer, Women’s STUNT, and Men’s Wrestling, ensuring their health and readiness for competition. I am also on staff at St. Louis Childrens hospital, previously providing care for athletes throughout the St. Louis area, including St. Louis City Academy Team.
My background includes a Bachelors of Science from Lindenwood University and ongoing studies in Medical Physiology and Pharmacology at the University of Florida. Certified and licensed as an Athletic Trainer, and with additional certification in Master Dry Needling, I am committed to providing top-notch care and contributing to the well-being of athletes at every level.
In my clinical practice, I have a strong interest in treating sport-related concussions, where I focus on implementing effective management strategies to ensure athletes recover fully and safely. I am also passionate about corrective exercise, utilizing targeted interventions to address movement dysfunctions and enhance overall athletic performance. Additionally, I am dedicated to assisting athletes with active recovery techniques, such as advanced modalities and tailored rehabilitation programs, to optimize their recovery and maintain peak physical condition. By integrating these approaches, I aim to support athletes in their journey to achieve their best performance while minimizing the risk of future injuries.
